      Flexible hours, potentially cool projects, good work/life balance, casual dress (at HQ), friendly and young coworkers

      Cons

      HQ is very open floor and extremely quiet (sometimes uncomfortably so), potential to get stuck on boring/bad project, very mundane "goals meetings", growth opportunity within company is capped

      Pros

      I loved working with everyone there from the Solution Street management team down to every developer and QA tester. Really smart, fun-loving, caring bunch. The management team allows everyone the independence to perform their best for clients while also always there to provide solid support as needed.

      None that I have experienced.
