No good point I do have with this consultancy that I could share here.

They are fully dependent upon the clients if client place no work means you are altimately fired ..They will force you to put resignation and blackmail you in terms of your career ...They literally drag you from your current job by telling it's a immediate joining and long term project but later they made me to put resignation in my 4th month itself stating like project is not there...I was working with a mnc as and my job was good going but after getting offer from Solutionkraft they forced me to join within a week and made me unemployed after 4 months

HR Manager is good and supportive

As per my understanding, observation and Analyzation organization hiring of employee is not per quality streaming, hiring of employees will be based on personal favours, coming to management respective PM's are concentrating more on social networking and online shopping no offence then work quality of teams.
