      SolutionStart is a great company to be a part of. The internal systems are cutting edge and the technology solutions are enterprise level. The company is focused on providing the right solutions for customers and not cutting corners. Employees voices are always heard and management truly cares about people’s personal life. Typically if you work over 40hrs you will be able to get those hours off the next week.

      Cons

      To be successful at SolutionStart you must be able to wear multiple hats, this is sometimes an issue for people.

      Pros

      Team oriented environment. Very friendly and caring management. There are a lot of opportunities to learn new things( IT support, Networking, Cloud Technologies, Server Management, Customer Service, etc.) There is some traveling involved so it's never boring. It was a great place to work and helped me to develop new skills.

      Cons

      It's a growing company so you will need to wear multiple hats once in a while. For example you will work on IT implementation projects and some days you will need to help with IT support. However because of that you will develop your skills so much faster than anywhere else.
