Pros
Great position in the industry, culture is collaborative so you get a macro view of the work you do, little to no politics (but as with any company, there will always be a couple of bad eggs here and there within the company as a whole)
Cons
Can be overwhelming at times depending on the role. SXI is in a period of rapid growth so it needs to both (1) onboard faster, and (2) train more thoroughly than it is currently doing to avoid being overwhelmed
