HR was really good and helpful. The Support team is the best team to work for.

But the Sales teams are really not structured nor helpful. They make you work. I even had to make tea for an employee once. So thats the condition here. Every month or so one employee resigns and leaves the company.

Good technical team leads to good reputation because of technical resources. They are good to handle small accounts like SMB CEO is good he is trying his best to do positive changes however he doesn't know what's going on behind because of people below him.

Salary for technical people is low. Not able to handle large enterprise Sales department is bad no vision for sales career, many changes within the year on sales strategy and how to go to market.
