Pros
Some individuals who have stayed continue to make it a good place to work so long as you can work in small groups. The work is unique and the projects are for a good cause, most of the time.
Cons
It seems like each month there is a new bigwig brought in to "help" with things and they begin by insulting our practices and comparing the work of a company that was 200 employees 3 years ago to giant fortune 1XX's. Caustic individuals are eating away what made this company great in the first place. Problems are brought up into the spotlight, excessive blaming occurs, and we are expected to just pick up the slack instead of any of them taking real action and offering solutions, or trying to understand why issues exist.
