Pros

One weekly staff lunch and no-vacation policy. Want to have "Director" or "EVP" in your title? Go for it! Doesn't mean much internally since everyone has a senior title (including those in 1 person departments), but that's fine because you'll impress mom and look successful on LinkedIn

Cons

CEO is 5 years too late in beginning to show he cares more about the company's image more than his own...layoffs come about every 8 months and although it's hard to believe, if you play as much pong as possible and abuse the no-vacation policy enough, you'll be safe to stay (THIS IS PROVEN)

Pros

Really smart acquisition by Adiant--top notch team at Solve Media, great technology and a good publisher network to boot

Cons

Niche and engineering vs sales focused. With the sale, the benefits are less good and the founders have departed

Pros

Collegial environment, very little ego among employees, everyone is willing to work hard and help out. If you work consistently you will be given more responsibility and there is a lot of room for creativity within roles.

Cons

The company is (as of Fall 2012) ~40 people split between four offices so there is definitely a communication gap. The media-buying audience is very entrenched and sales take a great deal of work. The product(s) are great but I'm worried about the lack of R&D in sellable media options.
