Pros
This is a place where if you can keep up you’ll succeed. But in order to keep up you have to think differently than a boring, normal corporate employee. Creativity and drive to succeed is what matters the most here. If you are great at figuring out problems on your own then Solving Alpha is the place for you. The work culture is the best I’ve ever worked at, people actually care about each other more so than just an employee. It really does feel like a family. the culture is so good because management has done a good job of protecting the right culture, and that means being cutthroat to keep A+ people on the building. I’ve honestly never been anywhere like it, and I can 100% say I will appreciate and enjoy every moment I’m here.

Work with overseas people quite a bit, timing on some things becomes stressful.
