      Pros

      Benefits are good. People you work with are good and very hard working. The work they do makes a difference in the lives of others.

      Cons

      The family oriented culture as eroded away under current leadership. The last company Christmas party was in 2008. Some departments and positions are not appreciated or compensated as well as they should be.
