- They’ll make you a professional in a demanding career to work in the US. - They don’t ask for previous work experience and the level of English required is low. - There’s a short term career plan for some positions where you can get little promotions and a better payment.
Cons
- In Colombia they have a 65-35 salary, so it’s not a fully prestational contract. - Not a good option in the long term, as you’re losing money for primas, liquidación, vacation and pension
