      Pros

      The people are really good that’s the only pro you are going to meet a lot of professionals

      Cons

      Overcontrol of everything , tracking apps for your “productivity” , no benefits , the salary is fake they divide it by a prestational part of 65% and the other 35% are a fictional bonus that doesnt allow you to earn the total amount of your social security.

      Pros

      I think if you land on the right team, this is a decent operation. The base salary is decent for a similar role and the commission plan isn't complicated. Very straight forward

      Cons

      Training is a joke. Leadership is a joke. Benefits are a joke. Structure is a joke. Who your direct supervisor is will make or break the experience and unfortunately they have promoted people to "VP" roles that are severely unqualified to lead a blind man through a lit hallway, much less lead a team of sales people. I would proceed with extreme caution.
