      Pros

      The food is really good and you get staff food at the end of the shifts.

      Cons

      The pay is pretty terrible. They pay minimum wage and cap your service charge at around 12 pounds no matter how much service is made. For the amount of work and the level of service they expect of you it's definitely not enough

      Incredible food, ingredients and genuinely authentic, a brilliant learning experience. Monthly social events after work, fun back of house team

      Chaotic at times and very hard work, long weeks
