Pros

Working here offers a wide range of learning opportunities that go far beyond your core role. The environment encourages you to take on diverse tasks and collaborate across different functions, which helps you build a well-rounded skill set. It’s a fast-paced and dynamic workplace where priorities can shift quickly, keeping things exciting and challenging. This pace, combined with the variety of work, pushes you to grow. One of the best aspects is the openness to new ideas and feedback. While suggestions are welcomed, it’s important to back them up with clear reasoning and structured thinking, as critical analysis is valued more than surface-level opinions. Overall, it’s a great place for those who thrive in an environment that rewards initiative, adaptability, and continuous learning.

Cons

The fast pace and variety of responsibilities can be intense, requiring mental strength, adaptability, and resilience to navigate constant change. It can feel challenging at times, but embracing that evolution is what truly drives your growth. It’s not the kind of place where you can just go through the motions, you need to keep learning and taking on new challenges.

Pros

If you are looking to build a portfolio of executional work and get hands-on from A to Z even at a Manager level, this is the place for you.

Cons

The company has a flat structure, which in practice means that even senior roles are often filled with hands-on work. There is a significant gap in support staff, meaning managers must execute on tasks that would normally be delegated in other companies. This limits the ability to develop true leadership and strategic skills, as your time is consumed by daily production needs. If you are looking to advance your strategic leadership career with proper coaching from a management team, look elsewhere, as the structure does not support that type of growth
