So high on the list is company culture, this company has the best culture I have ever seen. - Compensation is in line with the market and the benefits are good. - Career development is something the company is concerned with and has taken steps to address. - Company is growing and growing up, and leadership is deliberately taking steps to curate the evolution of the existing culture. - Great time to come-in to the company as it grows-up.
Cons
The cons are really opportunities.
