Great Company - SWE Intern Sonata Software Employee Review

- Gave me one project that i had to build using my own azure subscription. - Gave me a second hand company laptop with good specs (temporary).

- Everything - Kept promising to pay me and kept extending my internship by 3 months giving me a false promise that i might get a job at the end of the 3 months. - Except for the first 3 months i did not get any work. - Despite being such a big company they refused pay me even a little despite me doing a very good job in my first 3 months.

Fully Remote Compensation was good Good PTO Package (but no PTO payout)

Eager to replace onshore talent with offshore to cut costs. Management that refuses to understand the technology but demands quick turnarounds and is disrespectful to both employees and clients. AI-delusional vision that further tries to cut out actual talent. Not only will they not guarantee your employment after your initial contract, they will attempt to kick you off the contract at any given opportunity.
