      Pros

      I belong to Western Union Project. - Decent WLB (it is what you make of it) - Good lead and decent manager - Flexible Timings - Great teammates who help you when stuck.

      Cons

      - WU is one of the soul sucking clients. - Client calls early morning and late at night to accommodate US timings - Client will give you some work in the morning call and expect it to be done by evening call. - No Agile model. We are at the mercy of clients. - No proper hikes. - Small Canteen
