      very calm company to work with, with good personal resources

      Cons

      company with an old school mentality, the teams work very little collaboratively, the cloud strategy does not exist and the executives who run the company have been in the same position for more than 40 years and it has not been renewed with executives with modern knowledge

      Nice coworkers but everyone is being screwed.

      Cons

      Non existent commission structure. Management knows nothing about management. In the US the company has no delivery team and are a complete joke. YOU WILL NEVER GET PAID FOR WHAT YOU SELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
