Pros

I'm sorry, I can't think of any

Cons

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to others seeking a healthy or supportive work environment. While I remained professional and committed to my responsibilities, it quickly became clear that the culture is built on micromanagement, distrust, and intimidation rather than collaboration and respect. The commission plan was not communicated transparently, and expectations shifted without clear explanation, leaving employees frustrated and uncertain. Leadership tends to manage through fear rather than inspiration, and there is little to no genuine appreciation for employee contributions, you are treated as a number rather than a valued team member. Taking a sick day, requesting time off, or even working from home when necessary is met with undue negativity, as if these reasonable needs are a personal failing. The atmosphere fosters stress, anxiety, and constant second-guessing rather than productivity and growth. In short, this is not a company that prioritizes its people or builds trust. I would encourage prospective employees to ask very direct questions about culture, management style, and compensation structure before committing.

Pros

good base salary, some people care most don't

Cons

You are just a number here; the turnover is extremely high, but they will try to hide that by throwing manipulated statistics at you that show "growth". The most micromanaged I have ever been, No autonomy on how you do sales, the way you know has worked for you in the past, it's their way or the highway; down to how your emails are structured to the verbiage in your out of office messages. Health benefits are sub-par as well. If you're happy where you are, don't make the move. You very well may be on the job market not too long after starting.
