Pros
Yes, this is a great organization for the GUEST and on the right track but it is not all moonlight and magnolias. I am reviewing this dealership because reviews from managers and corporate trainers here on Glass Door are divisive, intended to attract applicants and force bad reviews on to page two. The new process is innovative and we have some of the finest, most ethical middle managers in the business but...
Cons
Be prepared to be micro managed to the point where you can't take proper care of your business and guests becuse you are forced to be "on base". That means you will stand for hours to wait for someone to walk in the door and then rotate to 2nd base to wait even longer. This makes no sense but they have not caught on to this total waste of resources yet. If they tell you what the "average" salesperson makes, please don't believe it. It's designed to make you say to yourself "If he can do it, I can do it!" Well, if you can do it if you will sacrifice your personal life. Good news though, corporate will send you a nice email on all the holidays your working telling you to enjoy your "family time" and wishing you God's blessings. You will also have to reach a near impossible set of bars to do so. If you DO get there, it will be awhile before your next review and fair compensation for it.
