The team were amazing. Everyone worked really well together. Provide good training.
Cons
Management don't care You will be worked to death as they only care about profits. You will be expected to maintain an impossible workload and booked over lunch breaks. Most days will be double booked at least. Poor pay. No annual leave loading.
