Pros

Solid security products work well, products are getting better and better. Sp,e co-workers and local managers are good to work with.

Cons

No communication from bigger boss with lots of changes that are all just passed on like rumors. Watching support shrink to nothing in AZ, only add techs in India or Canada. More new products, no additional training, same training as provided to customers and sales which is no help for support. No troubleshooting tools beside free ones techs find. No career path and low end salary

Always something new coming out to learn, and at times it gets overwhelming.
