      Pros

      Stable company with great benefits. Lots of great people.

      Cons

      Many times long term employees who have been loyal & worked hard aren't given developmental opportunities. Always looking for young grad students, but these aren't the folks who will be here long term.

      Engineering is actively developing new processes and attempting to make things more reliable

      Cons

      The heat and the some of the safety requirements are too strict, especially whenever it's excessively hot and you're required to wear FR with reflective stripes
