Pros
Benefits was great! Locations from division office to plants was within short distance. I felt that the time I was there, I learned a great amount with their system as well as additional accounting information.
Cons
After graduating with my BS in Accounting and discussion with my manager, I was never given a pay increase nor additional job opening following completion of college. When this was discussed, my manager replied saying, "We didn't hire you as an accountant."
