Pros
It is big company with a small company feel. This is a great place to work if your looking for an internship leading to full time employment. Safety is a big deal with the company and they prove its worth by pumping in tons of money in training and education
Cons
I would have to say the biggest downside to Sonoco are the locations for most of there mills. But it's a common con in the industry but it would be the only con I could come up with
