Leadership is an absolute disaster who can't commit to a strategy to save their lives. Constant blame game and political BS that leaves ICs and jr/mid management holding the bag. No internal growth, they believe everything is better solved with an outside hire. New CMO and CCO are cancerous to the team culture and overall company growth - both wildly under qualified for these positions and everything they do is a vanity project instead of creating solutions that actually benefit the company and our customers. Look at the news headlines this place has garnered over the past year and believe them - run for the hills from this place. A sinking ship.
