Pros

Small "mom and pop" feel to the company.

Cons

Completely dysfunctional organization. Extremely disorganized, no training, no SOP's, and no support. Terrible company culture. Too many people wearing too many hats. Narcissistic leadership who refuse to leverage employee experience to make company better. Owner of the company has never worked for a large company so he is clueless on how to make the organization operationally sound. The Fleet Services side is profitable because Thermo King has a huge market share so that division is a "cash cow." The trailer rental and leasing side is also profitable. The machinery side is a complete joke. They sell CASE which has virtually no market share and only gets "the crumbs" left from Caterpillar, John Deere, Bobcat, and Kubota. Very difficult to find people to work for the machinery side because they have a bad reputation in each market they are in. The construction equipment rental division is also a joke and poorly run. Cannot hold a candle to larger or local equipment rental companies. Only reason company is growing is because they are acquiring other businesses. They are certainly not growing organically. Best advice to anyone looking at the Machinery division is to look elsewhere. Simply not a good company.

Pros

Flexibility good benefits. Seems like a good company but surprise. Probably won’t be around in a few months.

Cons

Total disconnect between upper management and store level employees. Home office or headquarters as they call it is full of unqualified people trying to do as little as possible. No support for the revenue producing employees. Good luck getting an email back for help.
