      Good pay, set your own hours, free giveaway items, and decent opportunity to advance. Good experience. Free trip to san diego. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Lots of red tape at times, sometimes hard to use individual judgment and creativity, and must be able to work independently for long periods of time.

      Pay is at market at best Moving away from hybrid work model to onsite model Currently in transition to merge with TCL. Beware of layoffs Processes are bureaucratic- difficult to take swift action Work model is fairly flat, leaving few opportunities for upward career growth
