Permanent full time, not term contract based. Great benefits and perks; health care kicks in right away
Cons
Low pay; no budge on negotiating for more. PMs make a coord salary, Senior Coords makes a junior coord salary or PA salary. Not alot of movement of career growth but if you do, the pay won’t raise much.
