Worst Management. No ethics. Expects employees to work over the weekend but there is no recognition or appreciation. There will be no increments or bonus. Company doesn't provide laptop or computer, you have to work on your own laptop. They do micromanagement to the core, time sheets have to be updated with hourly tasks (filling them itself will take 2 hours minimum). Visa extensions will not be applied in time. There is no HR, everything is in the control of CEO who thinks that he knows everything. They are in the market since 2015 and do consulting and staffing also but they do not have at least 10 good contacts with vendors/implementation partners. Even if you look for a contract on your own, they ask for more billing and eventually you did not get the offer. Though they charge huge money through staffing they give peanuts to its employees, there is no transparency of billing they receive from the client. If you join as an intern, they will ask you to work for free. When they apply for H1B for its employees they do not respond to the RFE until last week in order to avoid paying as per LCA.
