Pros
Food and drinks industry is quite nice to work in You get to do 360 campaigns with different partners If you like working on 20 projects at the same time with lots of pressure, you'll fit right in lol
Cons
They keep saying they offer this package deal with lots of perks. Let's talk about those "perks". - "Hybrid" work environment... where you must be at the office minimum 3 days a week, those 3 days must include either a Monday or a Friday. At this point let's not call it Hybrid for the love of God. - They do offer a quite nice insurance policy, but when you don't have time to even take advantages of your benefits (except to go see a psychologist because you're burning out) red flag much? - "We're flexible and care about our ressources." Who are you kidding? We've seen 10 people leave the company during a period of what.. 8 months? Oh and, why hire someone to replace the ones gone when you can just push all their workload on the other employees? Even after seeing people burning out and crying out loud, they still don't act on it. Avoid at all cost. You deserve better. Your mental health deserves better.
