Cons
Poor management, make decisions which are seemingly forgotten about which will result in the blame being placed on you. No clear strategy, everyone working differently so it doesn’t make sense. Work load is unmanageable so you’re constantly chasing your tail which is why there are so many mistakes left to work out when people leave (which is often). Poor communication, you just have to navigate through. Micromanaging is an issue as it’s their way or the high way, yet those decisions are your responsibility! Worst workplace and management ever encountered. Very sad but true unfortunately! It could be so much better if things were taken on board and improved. So disappointed as I was so excited to be a part of the team.
