Pros
Easy job, you can get away with almost doing the bar minimum. I went just above what was expected of me and was treated very well and praised for it. I knew I could have worked harder but the lack of inventive meant I was trying. In summer time it’s very easy to ‘skip work’ and finish at 1pm after a trade show. Staff are all incredibly friendly.
Cons
Lack of commission means you don’t really have to sell. Company’s vans are ugly Overall professionally is poor (probably industry related) Low overall earning potential unless your a very senior member (10+ year at the company)
