Fun and challenging work environment. You can make an impact and see the results of your work. There's been a new leadership team in place for the past 3-4 years, which has been a godsend. Total culture change, night and day difference from when I started. I've had the opportunity to grow in my role and I feel like my management cares about my success.
Cons
Still dealing with legacy problems from previous leadership teams' inept decisions.
A lot of solid people work there. If they were just allowed to do there job for more than 2 years before everyone is changed out. No loyalty from ownership. None.
Cons
No consistency from ownership. One path is started and as soon as it gets a little difficult either the whole team is replaced or a 180 is done by ownership and off they go in a different direction. No chance of success that way.
This has been a recurring pattern of changing out teams every couple years for a long time. Hard to believe all the local management has been bad for the past 30 years. Ownership always deflects and never owns up to the fact that it is there constant changing strategy and priorities is the issue.
Ownership takes advice from some not so smart people.
