Pros

There is nothing good with this place.

Cons

Unfair, the employees who are hardworking are treated poorly while lazy seniors are paid more then others. Company is making a profit yet they refuse to share some of it with its hardworking employees. You will not get a single penny raise from this company., when you are getting paid poorly already. Taco Bell pays better then this place and there is one nearby. You are better off finding another company, doesn't matter what position you are applying for, it is not worth it.

Pros

- Your coworkers will likely be great—trauma bonding builds character. - You’ll become impressively self-sufficient, thanks to an utter lack of guidance. - If you enjoy being strung along about compensation, welcome home.

Cons

- Leadership treats transparency like a liability—decisions are made behind closed doors and presented with a cheery Teams emoji like it’s all good news. - Raises and promotions depend less on merit and more on whether you’re within earshot of the right people. - No meaningful career growth—just pressure to hit arbitrary deadlines with no resources, support, or clarity. - Developers are expected to “just figure it out,” but actual time for learning or improvement? Not part of the sprint. Documentation of a legacy, hand-rolled environment? It pretends to exist, but actually hasn't been updated in years. It's also a career-endangering mistake to bring this fact up.
