      -Many knowledge you will get from here -Warm welcoming and friendly colleagues -Good opportunity to grow as you will learn many things -Management/colleagues open for any kind of feedbacks -CEO always wants to help

      Cons

      -Proper guidance/mentorship would be good for the new joiner with a little experience -Culture style working as everything is fast pace

      Pros

      - Hearing and speaking a little Mandarin every day - Freedom to structure reports the way I thought made the most sense - Networked with young entrepreneurs and small business owners in Singapore - The research required to complete reports gave me a crash course in fintech, cross-border payments and B2B marketplaces that seem to be a growing market in SE Asia - CEO was flexible with internship projects and time off - Exposure to completely different work cultures other than my own

      Cons

      - Not really a con but if you are unfamiliar with Singapore's bustling work culture, you must complete your due diligence before interning with this company.

      Pros

      Nice compensation and support from the management. The leaders vision is great and understand the technology.

      Cons

      Single decision maker. No chance to argue or chance to have second opinion.
