I’ve never seen what is happening to this company happen before. There is literally going to be no one left soon to do any of the work. Everyone is leaving. Starting with the best. Used to be full of great people with tons of knowledge and expertise. They have all left to find somewhere they are appreciated and where the goal of the organisation goes further than lining the pockets of their shareholders. Used to be a company which prided itself on putting the customer first, being the best and delivering value. Now all about screwing the client for everything they can get. Parent company, Amdocs, are a prehistoric ‘software house’ with highly dubious sales techniques and terribly outdated practices. This company is dying. Sad state of affairs.
