Great company to work for - Sales South Coast Copy Systems Employee Review

Dave and Kecia hired me at a time when I was truly grateful for the opportunity. I felt very welcomed at South Coast Copy Systems and really appreciated the flexibility of my schedule when I needed it most. I worked part time, and was given sick pay. Those that work there full-time receive vacation pay, sick pay, plus several fun incentives during the year.

There were never any major downsides for me. I always felt like I was fairly dealt with and compensated.

Many employees have been with the company for a long time. The main reason is that it is a great place to work. Any issues can be fixed immediately as the General Manager and CEO are ready and willing to listen. The management team does a great job with training and setting clear expecations up front.

The industry is very competive. Hard work is rewarded, but you have to put in the effort to be succesful.
