      - Started off well. - Work-life balance is good. - Let's you work from home sometimes. - Team Leads are mostly good.

      - No training. - They kept saying that there was a lot of work but it wasn't the case when tasks were delegated. - Communication among team members was weak. - Basically. you are on your own with whatever to you - you learn as you go.
