Senior leadership decisions are based on likability. The service do not act fairly or comply with laws, not even in HR. Managers look out for themselves and disregard employees welfare or feelings. They don’t take anyone on permanently and end contracts without proper procedures. Workload is extremely high. Lots of expectation with little direction. Everyone struggles to take accountability for actions, blame is high, resulting in a toxic working environment. Morale is low.
