      Pros

      They take care of their employees, they make me feel like my work ethics matter. They make accommodations for everyone just in case anything happens and they make it very clear that there is plenty room to advance within the company.... and it shows. Great work environment!

      Favoritism Non-existent Raises Unnecessary AI use EVERYWHERE Pays less than other banks that are keen on selling, while they now take a sales-forward approach for no raise whatsoever Higher-Ups don’t know what being in a branch is like in the modern day
