      Pros

      I had the pleasure of working alongside a truly talented and supportive group of professionals. The collaborative environment and positive team dynamic made working there rewarding. Being surrounded by people who are both driven and approachable created a culture of mutual respect and growth.

      Cons

      While I gained valuable experience, the constant flux of an M&A environment eventually no longer aligned with the type of stability and focus I was seeking in my career.

      Favoritism Non-existent Raises Unnecessary AI use EVERYWHERE Pays less than other banks that are keen on selling, while they now take a sales-forward approach for no raise whatsoever Higher-Ups don’t know what being in a branch is like in the modern day
