      Well managed family owned business that's small enough so you know everyone's name.

      Cons

      Terrible pay raises. Most years only cost of living increases. I know many people who left for higher paying jobs elsewhere.

      Overall SEA is a decent company.

      Cons

      Once senior personnel retired, SEA lost much of it's roots for proper management.
