      Laid back office atmosphere, decent pay.

      Cons

      Not given opportunity to grow as promised. When qualified for position was told “we like you where you are”. Then HR positions were created for people who had NO HR experience. Also those positions were not advertised internally or externally.

      While the workload is substantial and can sometimes feel overwhelming, it offers significant opportunities for growth and increased visibility.
