Pros
no one really messes with you long as you do your job, basically the freedom to do what you want as long as the work is getting done
Cons
Horrible management, horrible communication, lied to about the pay. You are expected to perform at 100% all the time. It's almost impossible to do with all the work that loaded down you at all times. They provide you with a company van but you have to pay for the gas. The pay is not what all it is made out to be either. When you ask a question to management you will be ignored. The only time you hear from management is when you are affecting the numbers. Anytime you have a pay issue you will never hear back from anyone. You have to stay on top your issue at all times three times a day to get just an answer back that you didn't want to hear about. They also hold back three weeks worth a pay from you and will automatically take money away and never tell you what it is for. Someone always says they will get back to you but they never do.
