You will get hands-on experience with patients - sometimes too much. If you don't know whether PT is for you or not, this job is a good way to find out. 95% of the employees I've worked with are great people and very helpful. I can't speak for all clinic directors, but mine will work with your school schedule if that is applicable.
Cons
Like I said, this is not a long-term position. You will quickly tire of your few tasks and responsibilities - even though often you will be doing more interactive work with patients than your therapists. Also, there is no paid sick time - you will be using your hard-earned vacation hours if you want to get paid while you're out sick.
