      The "Team leaders" are just there too inflate there egos. The managment are lazy and incompetent only focusing on there sole growth. The only way too progress is too brown nose.

      The management was always encouraging and supportive. They helped me move on to build my own business

      No real cons there are always a bad egg in a company thank god they got rid of them

      Pros

      You work your pace and your style and can't potentially make good money. Generally your own boss Selling installing and servicing great products by Directv.

      Cons

      Supervisor asked to do way more then they are payed for. Employees are often ripped off. Chargebacks Your on your own out there. To much calling into dispatch to do anything. Hold times long ob the phone.
