Pros
This role can be a very good one dealing with all aspects of the railway from station to station, staff related issues and also making it a safe environment for the staff and public to work and commute to and from work.
Cons
Can be very stressful dealing with delays and staff issues , sickness and other work related issues. This can be from lack of staff , delays of trains due to poor signal problems and also lack of stock.
