Pros

The team is unbelievable. I have no words in my lexicon that can describe the amount of support I have felt since I started working here. TJ, the CEO, is nothing short of a role model for everyone that works for him. Setting the bar extremely high in terms of delivering value and customer satisfaction to every client we work with, while maintaining a calm, laid-back composure. I wasn't aware how toxic my previous workplaces were until I started working at Southleft and see now how a company should be run. If you are lucky enough to be given the opportunity to work here, I highly suggest you take it.

Cons

I can't even really call anything a "con". There will always be learning experiences as a company grows and evolves but Southleft has proven the ability to adapt and solidify new processes as these issues come up.

Pros

Southleft cares deeply about the quality of work its team produces for its clients. The people are passionate and driven to excel in the web industry. Southleft cultivates a positive work environment and offers unlimited PTO, health benefits, 401(k) with matching, and opportunities for continuing education and career development. The client portfolio and types of projects available to work on are unique and high-profile.

Cons

Southleft is a growing small business, so you really have to be flexible and agile in your role in order to help move the company forward and stay in the game. There's little room for coasting and maintaining status quo for too long. If you want to thrive here, you've got to bring your best to the table every day.
