It's good to work for minors and it gives important experiences to grow up in this career. The company play an important role keeping children safe.
Cons
Treatment given to employees is unfair due to high level of discrimination that violates the law and hurt the self-steam of many employees. The attention to minors has decreased a lot lastly.
