Austin is one of the most complimentary bosses ever! He has no issue with telling you what a great job you are doing. He is there to support his employees and help them grow within the company. A LOT of room for upward movement. Attracts entrepreneurs who are not afraid to be partially paid on performance with a competitive base. Great for those that are 1-3 years sales experience looking for a direct sales position rather than cold calling or door to door. Great for those that like event promotions and marketing and those that are ready to outperform their teammates to move upward in the company. FAST upward mobility into management.

No pros at all....worst management ever...

These are its some of young 20-30 year old people trying to scam people by having them do sales for them and not even pay them. They are very unprofessional. They will send you home any day they want. They don't notify you that they are shutting the office down and you need to find another job. Austin is the CEO of the company and he talks about three things that he doesn't like people messing with which is his money,time and family, but of course he himself is ready to mess with somebody else's.
